(2) Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains can’t be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk in dry cleaning service
(3) In case any garment gets damaged during the process - the compensation for the customer would be limited to 5 times to the value of the charges specified to the customer or INR 2000, whichever is lower - for dry cleaning services
